Beirut To Damascus
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Beirut to Damascus
We’ll meet & assist you, in Beirut with our guide, and then a transfer to the hotel located in Damascus, Syria. We’ll start with breakfast at the hotel, and then proceed to a sightseeing tour of Damascus; Which is considered one of the oldest contentiously inhabited city in the world. The Omayyad mosque is considered one of the best example of Arabic Islamic architecture, which dates back to the 8th century AD. This tour will include a stroll in the old Bazaars, and the Souks. You’ll also get to enjoy the smell, and the sounds of the magical orient. Then we’ll have a break for lunch, at the street called strait, which was also mentioned in the Bible, Ananias church, St. Paul’s window. After the tour we head back to the hotel, where we’ll spend the night in Damascus
Day 2: Saydnaya, Mallola, Crack De Chevalier, Mishtaya
We’ll begin this day with a nice Breakfast at the hotel, then we’ll drive to Saydnaya, and then visit the church of the virgin Mary, after that we’ll proceed to Mallola, which is considered the only village that still speaks Aramaic, which is the language spoken by Jesus, and then later we’ll visit the church of St. Tekla, St. Serjeuos, Bakhous and then we’ll continue to Homs to visit the Crack De Chevalier, after that we’ll visit Saint Jorge’s Monastery, and afterwards we’ll head to Mishtaya, and directly to the hotel where we’ll spend the night there.
Day 3: Palmyra, Homs, Hama
We’ll first begin with a beautiful Breakfast, and then proceed to Palmyra, which is considered the pearl of the desert with its temple Bill, is the biggest temple in the world, and the street of colonnade and the tombs valley and then we head back to Homs to, where we’ll visit the church of the belt of virgin Mary and Khaled ben Al Waleed Mosque, then we’ll continue to Hama where we’ll spend the night.
Day 4: Hama, Aleppo
We’ll begin again with Breakfast at the hotel, and then proceed to where we’ll watch the water wheels, and Azem Palace of Hama, and then we’ll have a short visit to the handy craft market, and then continue to Al Shekh Hilal village to visit the Bee Hive Houses, later we’ll continue to Aleppo, where we’ll visit the citadel, and then move to the hotel to spend the night in Aleppo.
Day 5: Aleppo
We’ll Start the morning with a nice Breakfast at the hotel, and later head directly to visit the old city of Aleppo (destructions), and then we’ll visit the soap factory, after that we’ll have some free time for shopping, and later a chance to have an Arabic night in one of the restaurants, then go back to the Hotel to spend the night in Aleppo.
Day 6: Aleppo, Damascus
We’ll begin the morning with a beautiful Breakfast, and then proceed back to Damascus, there we’ll visit the national museum, the Handy Crafts Market, and you’ll have some free time to do some shopping, and then we’ll head back to the Hotel to sleep in Damascus overnight.
Day 7: Damascus, Bosra, Damascus
We’ll also begin this morning with a nice Breakfast a the hotel, and then we proceed to visit the south, where we’ll see the city of Bosra which is known to have one of the largest Amphitheatre in the world, and then we’ll head back to Damascus, where we’ll get the chance to have our last Dinner in Damascus, and then we continue in one of Damascus Bars with karaoke party.
Day 8: Departure
On the Last Day we’ll have some Breakfast in the Morning at the hotel, and then move to the border, and head back to Beirut.
