By using the Services, you warrant that all information supplied by you is true, complete, accurate and up-to-date.
Booking Terms
As per our booking terms, a traveler pays full amount to confirm the tour.
We encourage travelers to specifically inquire about any tour/activity before proceeding further with a booking.
Payments
Zingy Ride accepts the following payment methods: credit cards/MasterCard/Visa/American Express or PayPal. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments.
After Inquiry, and payment you will receive the E-TICKET/VOUCHER, which you will present on the day of your tour/activity
Cancellations Policy
- 8 weeks’ notice – 90% refund
- 4 weeks’ notice – 70% refund
- 3 weeks’ notice – 60% refund
- 2 weeks’ notice – 50% refund
- 1 week notice – 30% refund
- 3 days’ notice – 20% refund
- 2 days’ notice – No refund
Clients should feel free to communicate with us on changes of their dates, and we will inform them the option on either the dates they proposed or suggest for them a different date. This has to be done 7 – 5 days before the tour date.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to make any changes to your itinerary or wish an earlier departure date, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests based on availability. However, there may be extra costs involved to accommodate your request. These costs are in addition to the fee quoted to you for your initial trip. Normal cancellation fees apply if you wish to postpone your departure.
PASSPORT & VISAS This is upon the guest to ensure that passports, and visas are valid for the countries visited. Zingy Ride cannot be held liable for any visas, etc. not held by the guests, nor the cost of visas.
REFUNDS Whilst the Company uses its best endeavors to ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature whatsoever against the Company for a refund either in the whole or part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable and a reasonable alternative is not found. If the guest is unable to use any service provided in the itinerary without strong reasons, and its equal to the value of money paid, then there are not refunds due.
